Who We Are
Welcome to Nice Nice Bite, America’s first cookbook lending library!
Founded by Chef Alicia Shevetone and curated by Nichole Beer, MLIS, EdD, WSET 3, our mission is to make culinary knowledge more accessible to the community.
Nice Nice Bite offers two self-service branches of expertly curated, globally inspired cookbooks, inviting home cooks, professionals, and the curious to explore, borrow, and connect through food. We are proud members of the American Library Association — the first concept of its kind to earn membership.
